Alloy selection is based on pouring cycles, cooling method, and expected mold life — not commodity steel.

What we deliver

• Process review for correct alloy steel (cycles/day, cooling, life)
• Engineering drawings with material & heat treatment specs — specify alloy + heat treat for your process, not just a size (e.g. LP1500)
• QC with unique part number on every casting, tracked to QC docs and ASTM (or equivalent) tests
• Molds & pans engineered for heat transfer, strength, and ductility
• Custom logos: Allowed — $700 tooling fee + Logo.dwg
• Optional: Ocean transit, port management, duty/tariff coordination, door delivery

Pricing & door delivery

• ExWorks + actual freight/port fees + actual tariff/duty fees
• Door delivery coordinated; no margin on direct import costs

Terms

• 30% deposit ARO (at receipt of order)
• 70% ready-to-ship from Plant
• Ocean transit, import, and delivery to site are quoted separately and billed on a separate invoice: 50% deposit ARO, 50% balance after import release for delivery
