- On-site production team manages lead times, quality controls, full QC test inspection and data
- Every part has 100% traceability thru production and reports with a unique part number
- Team coordinates freight, transit, shipping agents, brokers, customs/duty (if applicable), and delivery transportation
- Transport & delivery offered as a service — tracking details delivered to the customer for direct tracking
Pricing
- ExWorks plus actual freight/port fees and actual tariff/duty fees
- Team coordinates door delivery
- No margin added on direct import costs
Terms
- Product: 30% deposit ARO (at receipt of order) + 70% ready-to-ship from Plant
- Ocean / import / site delivery (separate invoice): 50% deposit ARO, 50% balance after import release for delivery
